We are Production Supervisors - All Shifts Available!

It is Boxes Inc.'s commitment to hard work, innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction that has enabled the company to grow to more than 300 employees in a new facility.

OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking Production Supervisors to join our growing team. These individuals will oversee and direct activities in our production facility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads the team in production operations, establishing priorities, ensuring adequate staffing levels, training & development of workforce including cross-training, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
• Manages temporary staffing to achieve plant production needs.
• Ensures efficient, timely production and quality of products.
• Ensures plant cleanliness and organization with a continual focus on improving plant floor efficiency and organization.
• Responsible for ensuring all employees observe safety standards.
• Maintains production documents and records.
• Works across all departments to ensure all production needs are met on time.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision making
• Computer skills

We are seeking Machine Helpers & Utility Workers – 2nd & 3rd shifts

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Will assist in production in all areas throughout the facility including assisting at machine centers. Opportunity to grow into Machine Operator roles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be safety and quality oriented
• Previous machine operating experience or working in a production environment
• Ability to stack and load materials into machine
• High Mechanical Aptitude
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attendance
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented
