Pre-Geekway festivities have begun! Games are being played! Geekway HQ, Library, and Play and Win are live for Geek Guides (a hell of a perk, eh?!)! And the merch booth has been assembled and prepared to fulfill pre-orders, patron goodies, and maybe some surprises for us all...

The time of void and sparkles approaches, five days hence!

A few reminders leading up to the day:

- To get your badge, you need your ID. If you don't have your ID, you can't get your badge! Have it ready to keep the line moving.

- If you've pre-ordered merch, don't lose your geeklet or put it in the door-prize tumbler until you have obtained your stuff from the merch booth! That's how we know what to give you!

- You're here to play with friends, so we recommend car-pooling if possible. With some of those friends maybe. There has been a crackdown on overflow parking in the neighborhoods around the convention center, better not to risk it! The shuttle will be running from 8am - Midnight daily (5pm on Sunday) from basically Geekway HQ to Prasino on the Streets of St. Charles. Where there are also more food options!

- Food trucks return! We will announce and post trucks and menus as they become available, so be ready!

A reminder that there are some ticketed events, and sometimes those tickets run out... Make sure to check out the events tab and sign up while you still can!

LAST CHANCE!! (And this is no joke...)

Pre-order a t-shirt (or 2, or 3!) before sales close on April 6th! Just login to your TableTop.Events account and select Merch. There will be a limited number of extra shirts for sale at the con, but pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee you get your size.

We are officially SOLD OUT!*

A reminder that badge sales are open until April 6, so any returned badges will be purchasable until then. After that we will turn off badge sales completely and refunds will just be lost to the void.

And a reminder: Buyer beware! This is the time when nefarious parties filter in and try to get you to buy their tickets. There is no reason for that to be the case until after April 6.

If you can no longer attend, PLEASE REFUND YOUR BADGES so others may buy them.

If for some reason you feel the need to take a chance with the unknown (WHY?!?), be aware that tickets are only transferable through TTE or select GW Staff members, and that all existing badges have specific names associated with them. (Yes, we know who you are...)

*There may be some minor fluctuations as refunds are given and carts are emptied.

Regular badges go on sale January 16, 8am central time!

Regular Badges are $75 each and include:

- Access to all four days of open gaming, 24 hours a day for the duration of the convention.
- Access to the vendor hall, game library (including the world-famous Play and Win selection), the ability to sign up for all tournaments and events, and participation in door prizes.

* Badges will be on sale until April 6, 2026, or until we sell out. Don't miss out!*

We're so glad you've braved the wasteland to enter Vault 26 this Friday for Geekway Mini 2026!

Just a few reminders before you arrive:

Registration is open:

Friday, 9th: 10am - 8pm

Saturday, 10th: 8am - 8pm

Sunday, 11th: 8am -12pm

In order to pick up your badge, we need to see your ID. Without your ID, you can't pick up your badge. (This means you can't pick up your friend's badge for them. No ID, no badge. Thanks for understanding!)

Don't head off into the wasteland without a Vault-Tec certified T-shirt!

T-shirt Preorders end Dec. 5. We don't sell them at the convention, so if you want one, just go to "Geekway Mini 2026" in tabletop.events, click on Attend, then Get Merch!

Also Badge refunds close Jan 2. Just FYI.

ATTENTION! HERE HERE!

Buyer beware of people offering secondhand tickets. We have a list of everyone who has bought tickets, so feel free to send us a message to check them out for you.

People selling tickets right now: why? Transfers are less secure and not necessary until badge printing, just get the refund and let someone else buy a ticket up front.

Returned tickets will show up as available on tte when processed, if you're still looking for one checking the event page over the next few weeks may yield a ticket or two here or there.
