Who wants to fly!

The "Rescue Hopper 911" is exploring the "blended wing" aircraft design. The blended wing has more interior space for people or cargo and is expected to be 30% more efficient than traditional aircraft that have a wing and tube design.

A traditional tube and wing design has more wetted area than a "blended wing" design causing more drag while in forward flight.

The airplane's wetted area specifically refers to the surface area of the skin of the aircraft that is in contact with the air as it moves through the atmosphere.

The "blended body" design creates lift, so a smaller wings can be used decreasing the wetted area.

The "Rescue Hopper 911" Thrust vectoring VTOL aircraft is "Disruptive" with safely enclosed propulsion/propeller system!

There is no fear of rotor blade strike like a helicopter which can lead to injury and death.

The "Airforce" wants to make "Cheaper Fighter Jets".
Fighter Jets cost around $100 million each.

The "Hoppers" structure can be designed "Cheaply" using aluminum sheet metal stamping machines.

The "Hopper" is a "Thrust Vectoring VTOL Propulsion System" that does not have dangerously exposed rotor blades like helicopters and multi rotor aircraft. www.hopper-express.com [email protected]

The Hopper's patent allows the use of ramjet engines for high speed flight.

The Hopper aircraft uses the heat from hybrid electric jet engine to auto de-ice the aircraft when it is started. The Electric jet "sips fuel" compared to todays fighter jets.

The price can vary depending on the grade of materials, but aerospace-grade carbon fiber can cost around $90/kg. This grade isn’t necessary for all applications, but it’s the best type that’s widely available. This is one area where aluminum has a major advantage. It typically costs about 45 times less than carbon fiber per kg. or aluminum at $2.00/kg

The battery technology is progressing at a "slow pace". There are promising new battery Technolgies being developed, but it will be 10 years are more to have the battery technology ready for mass production.

The eVTOL will also need mini airports/vertiports so they have a place to recharge the aircraft. You will still have to get to the vertiport by Uber or car. Then when you fly to your next vertiport you will need a Uber to get to your final destination. The eVTOL air taxi business may have some flaws in the "door to door" experience.

The Hopper Express is developing a "hybrid generator system" to produce electricity to power electric motors and fans for longer flight time. The generator will run on gasoline fuel but can also run on hydrogen in the future when the infrastructure is set up.

Hopper Express Transportation has a "Executive Chairman" on the Team.

The Executive Chairman is busy getting the paper work ready for the GoAero challenge to design and build a First Responder Rescue Aircraft. We have contacted engineering companies that can support the GoAero "Rescue Hopper" project.

Hopper Express Transportation will partner with the engineering firms on upcoming grant proposals. We think the military will be very interested in the enclosed propeller blade system for safety, low noise, and low heat signature.
