Sometimes we just have to go back to basics but also the most important part in this business and that is providing excellent customer service. This was a project we did for a customer in Tampa, FL and it was shipping delicate eye surgery equipement for a covention. My team handled it beautifully and I would like to thank Fred for going above and beyond for this.
