Since the beginning of Biewer almost 70 years ago, one simple principle has served Biewer well: Deliver the best products and services to our customers. Biewer is a fourth generation, family-owned group of companies that is committed to the environment and sound forest practices. Green is more than branding, its our business. At Biewer, it’s our people who set the bar—and Robert Locke is a perfect example of the dedication that keeps our operations running strong.

Since joining us in November 2021, Robert has been the kind of teammate you can always count on. He steps up without hesitation: responding to emergencies, taking on overtime, covering holidays, and even volunteering to support another short-staffed facility before anyone asked. That’s the definition of a team-first mindset.

Robert’s consistency, dependability, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect the culture we strive to build every day—one where people support each other, take pride in their work, and lead by example.
