Rybicki Trucking currently has an opening for a Truck and Trailer Maintenance position.
Job duties will include - Performing inspections, maintenance and repairs on heavy duty vehicles, such as trucks, trailers, forklifts, pickups, etc. Responsible for diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, electrical trouble shooting, steering and cooling systems. Keep track of the maintenance work on the vehicles. Ensure services provided are in compliance with safety procedures. Utilize both diagnostic computing software and plain old hands-on tactics to identify mechanical and technical problems, as well as perform standard oil changes and engine rebuilds/maintenance.
Other duties to include: Assisting in loading/unloading/transferring loads in yard, fork lift operation, snow removal and general daily cleaning.

Duties will include welding, grinding, painting, sandblasting, unloading of transportation equipment, forklift operation, general daily cleaning, identifying mechanical issues, troubleshooting simple problems, and maintaining accurate repair records.
Experience with various types of equipment and tools common to the welding trade (e.g., MIG welder, TIG welder, and oxyacetylene torch, arc welder, plasma cutter, saw, drill press, grinder, etc.) a plus but not a requirement.
