Hi everyone!! We just bought 2 more trucks and have 1 seat left for the Springfield MO area, they would be 10 out 3 home or 14 out 4 home. We prefer to pay a percentage because it maximizes the drivers pay and you also have more control over how much you make. It is a W2 position and as we grow we plan on offering more benefits. As of now we do offer 1 week paid vacation after 1 year and breakdown pay. The truck we have is a 2021 black Peterbilt 579 with a chrome bumper, APU and refrigerator with a built in inverter.
