Every flyover has a landing — we were proud to be a part of this one. 🇺🇸

Tonight, Republic School District hosted a Salute Our Military flyover at Republic High School’s home football game. And as the Republic marching band played the National Anthem, two T-6 Texan II planes flew over.

But even more special? One of the pilots from the 71st Flying Training Wing from Oklahoma’s Vance Air Force Base was coming home. Captain Noah Johnson is a RepMo grad and former RHS Air Force JROTC member.

We were proud to help these pilots get their way from the airfield to the game, and our skies being orange to greet them at SGF? 🧡

Thanks to 417 Magazine for the video of the flyover at the game — we were waiting to serve the pilots on the airfield, like we always are.
