Penmac Staffing / Transportation Dept is hiring a local CDL-A Driver for a steel company in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a 7:00am–5:00pm schedule, paying $20.00 per hour.

Requirements for the CDL-A Driver

· CDL-A driver

· Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR review

· CDL-A license without an automatic-only restriction

· Ability to read tape measure

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

· Strong work history and reliability

· Able to work in the warehouse when not making local deliveries

CDL-A Driver Responsibilities

· Operate various trucks including flatbed, gooseneck, semi, and straight trucks

· Transport steel materials safely to local destinations

· Strap and chain loads

· Operate an overhead crane by hand

· Perform some touch freight as needed

· Work with both automatic and manual transmission trucks

· Maintain safe driving practices and follow DOT regulations

· Flexible hours may be available depending on workload

Penmac Transportation is hiring a CDL-A Driver for routes originating in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. $250 A Day.

Schedule and Pay for CDL-A Driver

· Home daily

· Tuesday through Friday

· Start time: 2:00 AM

· Pay: $250 per day

· Routes typically run 8–10 hours, with overtime available

Responsibilities for CDL-A Driver

· Deliver products to convenience stores

· Unload using a 2-wheeler (dolly) and ramp

· Driving a 28’ Semi Re**er – Automatic

· Provide excellent customer service and accurately count products

Requirements for CDL-A Driver

· Valid CDL-A license

· At least one year of recent CDL-A driving experience

· Current medical card

· Clean MVR and solid work history

· Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

· Strong customer service skills

Penmac Staffing is urgently hiring Local CDL Drivers for a long-established company in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay starts at $21 per hour.

Requirements for the Local CDL Driver

· Valid CDL-A or CDL-B license

· Will take New CDLA or CDLB Driver

· Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission trucks

· Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check

· Current DOT medical card required

· Strong work history and reliability

· Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting shingles and assisting with rooftop deliveries

· Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (your most common cargo will be 70-pound bundles of shingles)

· Must be able to work on rooftops

· Pre-employment DOT drug screens

· Conveyor truck experience is preferred, but not required

Local CDL Driver Responsibilities

· Work in a lumber yard environment and make local deliveries to homes and businesses

· Assist with unloading shingles from the truck and placing them onto a conveyor belt

· Rotate with a helper to carry shingles onto roofs as needed

· Represent the company with professionalism and safe driving practices

· Operate manual and automatic trucks

· Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site

Penmac Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operator’s for a local excavation company. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects in the Springfield Area. $22hr

Schedule and Pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–to end of day (some flexibility; occasional early finish around 5:00 PM depending on weather and project needs)
• Pay: $22 per hour

Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoes.
• Ability to safely load and unload dump trucks, screen dirt and dig and back fill foundations.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Will work in the Springfield surrounding areas
• Prefer the operator lives within 40 miles of Springfield

Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects
• Load and unload dump trucks efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Assist with excavation tasks as directed by the manager
• Operation of Earthmoving and construction
• Experience operating excavation and site-preparation equipment
• Have a good work history and dependable
