Role Description: The Cleaner is responsible for performing thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Daily tasks include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, wiping windows and mirrors, and maintaining common areas such as hallways and entryways. The role involves following checklists and instructions, using cleaning products and equipment safely, and meeting company standards for quality and efficiency. Cleaners may also assist with light organizing, preparation before moves, and final clean-up after moving services. This is a Part- Time , on-site role located in the Springfield–Branson, Missouri area, requiring travel between client locations within the service area.
Qualifications
*Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitizing with attention to detail.
*Experience or comfort working in residential and commercial environments, following cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
*Strong time management skills, including the ability to work efficiently, follow schedules, and complete tasks within set timeframes.
*Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time on-site across multiple locations in the Springfield–Branson area.
*Understanding of basic safety practices, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment.
*Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and clients in a professional manner.
*Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies or small items as part of daily tasks.
*Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to reach client locations within the service area is highly beneficial.
