Did you know that in some Sicilian traditions, a lemon peel is used to flavor coffee? A small gesture that gives the espresso an unexpected citrus aroma.

And here's another interesting fact: in Sicily, coffee hasn't always been just something to drink hot. Tradition has also brought it into the world of granitas, a creamy, frozen preparation, often served with cream and brioche, especially in eastern Sicily.
