Our processing facility will bring a much-needed option to the county, giving folks access to processing services closer to home. We’re proud to help fill that need and excited to share our passion with our community and surrounding areas.

🦌 WILD GAME SEASON IS HERE! 🦌

Sorry for the silence on here the last couple of weeks! The bosses took a little road trip to Perry, Georgia, this past weekend for the Georgia National Fair to watch their oldest show her livestock! 🐑🐮 Now that we’ve survived the fair, it’s time to get back to business!

🍂 WILD GAME SEASON UPDATE! 🍂

Starting THIS WEEK, we are accepting coolers for ALL wild game!

🦌 Beginning Saturday, October 17th, we will officially begin offering DEER SKINNING SERVICES!

🐗 REMINDER: We are NO LONGER offering skinning services for wild hogs.

⏰ NEW HOURS FOR THE 2026 WILD GAME SEASON

Monday–Sunday:

* 🟢 OPEN: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
* 🔴 CLOSED: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
* 🟢 OPEN: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Please make note of our new hours before heading our way! We want to make sure everyone knows when they can drop off their wild game.

Big things are happening here, and we’re getting closer every day! While a few unexpected construction challenges have pushed our opening timeline to December, the progress at the new facility is exciting. The electricity is on, the lights are shining and everything is really starting to come together. So we are hoping to end 2026 with a BANG!

When we open, our retail store will initially be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, giving you plenty of opportunities to stop by and grab those steaks! We’re also working behind the scenes on some exciting opportunities with local restaurants, grocery stores and farmers that we can’t wait to share.

And good news for our hunters! Deer and wild game processing begins October 17 at our Indigo location. We’ll continue offering deer skinning and processing, along with wild hog processing for hogs brought in already skinned and quartered.

The timeline may have shifted, but the vision hasn’t. We’re moving full force and can’t wait to show y’all what’s coming! ❤️🥩

September is officially FULL! 🙌 We are now booking October and November for custom butchering and processing.

If you have cattle, hogs, goats, or lambs that you’re needing processed, give us a call and get on the schedule!

⚠️ Keep in mind—dates can fill up quickly! October also kicks off wild game season, and we will be processing wild game again this year while continuing to take our custom livestock customers. So if you know you’ll need livestock processed this fall, don’t wait to get your date booked!

🦌 2026 WILD GAME PRICING IS HERE! 🦌

Wild game season will be here before we know it, so here is a look at Southeast Packers’ pricing for the 2026 season!

Whether you’re looking for your deer processed into our standard cuts, bulk sausage, link sausage, or jalapeño & cheese sausage, we’ve got you covered!

As we’ve mentioned, we will begin accepting wild game on October 17, 2026, and this will be one more wild game season at our Indigo location while we continue working toward opening our new facility.

Remember, we also have new hours and a few policy changes this year, so make sure you check out our previous posts before opening weekend.

🦌 2026 WILD GAME HOURS OF OPERATION 🦌

Wild game season is right around the corner, and Southeast Packers will begin accepting wild game on October 17, 2026!

As we mentioned in our construction update, we will be processing wild game for ONE MORE YEAR at our Indigo location. With that comes a few changes, including NEW HOURS OF OPERATION this season.

⏰ Monday – Friday: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM or closing time
⏰ Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM or closing time
🚫 Closed for lunch on weekends from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please remember: Wild game drop-offs and pickups need to be made during our designated hours unless you have made prior arrangements with Andy or Amanda.

🦌 WILD GAME SEASON IS ALMOST HERE! 🦌

Southeast Packers is gearing up for another busy wild game season!

📅 We will officially begin accepting wild game on October 17, 2026!

As we stated in our recent construction update, we will be processing wild game for ONE MORE YEAR at our Indigo location! While construction continues on our new facility, we are excited to serve our hunters for another season.

With that being said, there are some NEW HOURS, NEW information, and previous policies that will be enforced for the 2026 wild game season.

⏰ Our hours will look a little different this year, so please pay close attention to the hours listed on the flyer.

🐗 We also have a NEW policy regarding wild hogs/swine this season.

📋 Our previous pickup, notification, horn-cutting, and storage policies will continue to be enforced.

Please take a few minutes to read the entire flyer before bringing your wild game to us. These policies help us keep things running smoothly during one of our busiest times of the year.

We appreciate all of our loyal customers and look forward to one more wild game season at Indigo!
