The bakery has an online store that will reopen in August 2021. I've had severe food allergies for as long as I can remember. I cannot have Eggs, Nuts and Dairy. I can't even have things that are baked with Eggs, Nuts or Dairy. So, my mom and I have been baking my own treats for the longest time. I bring these delicious treats to birthday parties, school and other events where there are mostly thi
ngs I cannot eat. I decided to open my own bakery so that I can share my favorite treats with other kids who cannot have eggs, nuts and dairy. I call it "ENDless Bakery". It stands for Egg Nut and Dairy less baked treats. It also has another meaning - there are no limits to what we can do - when we believe and when we try hard. Last year, we started baking cinnamon rolls, cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies our of our house for our neighborhood. My treats got popular enough that news spread to other neighborhoods and we would get calls for special orders. In August 2017 we opened our first brick and mortar store at 8312 Louetta Rd, Spring Texas. The shutdowns due to covid were bad timing as we were trying to expand our distribution and were in the process of making a change to our manufacturing location for our cinnamon roll take and bake our number one seller. Starting August 2021 we will reopen our online store and make appearances at markets and events.
