🎉 Happy Birthday, Hannah! 🎉

While Hannah officially joined our team in November, it honestly feels like she’s been part of our lives much longer. In such a short amount of time, she has made an incredible impact on both our team and our day-to-day lives here at S.B. Taylor Moving.

She is loyal, dedicated, hardworking, and one of the most dependable people you could ask for. Beyond the office, she’s also an incredible mother and someone who truly cares deeply about the people around her.

From the very beginning of a customer’s experience with us, Hannah is often one of the first people they connect with. She’s the voice answering the phones, helping guide clients through planning and coordination, and making sure customers feel supported every step of the way. Her patience, communication, and kindness help set the tone for the level of care we strive to provide.

One of my favorite things about Hannah’s story is that she didn’t come from a moving background. Her background was in waitressing, and she is such a great example that you do not need industry experience to become an important part of what we do. In this line of work, compassion, patience, communication, and genuinely caring about people matter just as much as anything else — and Hannah naturally brings all of those qualities to our team.

I always tell people how important it is to invest in a great assistant… but sorry, you can’t have mine. 💗
