Sometimes moving isn't going far and just temporary. This home is getting new flooring and everything on the floor was placed in storage. We have experience with pods and understand how the heat and moisture inside can quickly turn into a moldy headache. The more airflow the better, that means light stacking, removing cushions and skipping the wrap while being stored.
Dedicated crew and truck(s) mean the same hands that wrapped your items are the same ones unwrapping. We can see where an item is "weak" and needs to be packed and unloaded with extra care. Not slid around in a truck making room for someone else's belongings or even lost.

Sample scenerio: We had a customer to move but they wanted to do all the packing which is fine. By the time the boxes were packed there was no energy left to clean or do repairs. We had their back. They left us with the key to their empty home. Next day our crew came in scrubbing everything down, screwed down the loose deck boards, and rehung the screen door. We had the key dropped off at the realtor in days. No waiting to schedule a handyman then a cleaner who may or may not show up (I hear this happens A LOT. 🚨 Appliance Move Adventure of the Day 🚨

What started as a simple appliance move turned into a full-blown treasure hunt this morning.

The new homeowner had no idea the refrigerator's ice maker was still connected to a water line. Easy fix, right? Well... not exactly.

After some investigating, we discovered a true "handyman special" — the shut-off valve wasn't behind the fridge, under the sink, or anywhere logical. It was hidden in the crawl space. 😳

That meant sending Tim into enemy territory armed with nothing but a flashlight and his phone. For those who know Tim, this was no small task. The man is scared of spiders, snakes, and tight spaces... and the crawl space had all three on the menu.

Despite the cobwebs, mystery plumbing, and several moments of questioning his life choices, Tim located the valve, shut off the water, and we successfully moved the appliances without a hitch.

Moral of the story:
✅ Appliances moved
✅ Water line found
✅ Customer happy
✅ Tim survived
