No pressure for additional services unless you specifically ask for quotes. Then those can be added on if you need them and when you need them.
Sample scenerio: We had a customer to move but they wanted to do all the packing which is fine. By the time the boxes were packed there was no energy left to clean or do repairs. We had their back. They left us with the key to their empty home. Next day our crew came in scrubbing everything down, screwed down the loose deck boards, and rehung the screen door.
