Due to Caltrans road work on Highway 108, we are experiencing delays on Route 3 - Jamestown. Delays are likely to be between 15 to 20 minutes when they occur. We expect the construction to continue from 7am until 4pm, Wednesday, May 27, through Friday, May 29, 2026.

Ride between Downtown Sonora, Columbia Airport, and Columbia State Historic Park every Saturday from April 25 through October 31! Whether you're headed to the Farmers Market, exploring historic Columbia, or catching a ride to the airport, we've got your Saturday covered.

Beginning July 6, 2026, fares will return to Tuolumne County Transit bus routes and Dial-A-Ride services.

🚌 Bus Route Fares
Regular Day Pass: $5
Reduced Day Pass: $3

Weekly Passes
Regular: $17
Reduced: $10

Monthly Passes
Regular: $64
Reduced: $38

🚐 Dial-A-Ride Fares
Full Fare (one-way): $4
Reduced Fare (one-way): $3

Reduced fares will be available for:
✔️ Veterans
✔️ Seniors (60+)
✔️ Students
✔️ Medicare cardholders
✔️ Persons with disabilities

Riders will be able to pay fares:
💵 With cash on board
📱 Electronically through the transit mobile app
🎟️ By purchasing passes in advance at the transit office located at 13033 Sanguinetti Road in Sonora

These fares will help support continued transit operations and future service improvements throughout the county.

We’re looking for a community member to serve on the Board of the Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) and Tuolumne County Transit Agency (TCTA).

This is your opportunity to help guide transportation decisions that shape how Tuolumne County moves now and into the future.

✔ Attend about 10 meetings per year
✔ Help review budgets and transportation studies
✔ Help prioritize projects and funding
✔ Help oversee our regional transit system

From trails to transit to long-range planning, your voice can help shape the direction of transportation in our county.
