Parole is coming up for this monster.
Itâll take place on 02/19/2025 at 301 South Ripley St, Montgomery, AL 8:00 am. We ask that everyone who can, please attend to attest the early release of a violent criminal. If you cannot attend, thatâs ok and if youâd like to you can email the parole board at [email protected]
Key things to remember:
1. He chose to borrow a vehicle and run over a man walking to his car that was parked in a yard. Meaning, he willingly drove into a yard to run over Jerry and left him there dying. Yes, his goal was to commit murder, it was no accident.
2. He and/or Jennifer emptied Jerryâs wallet leaving behind a social security card only. This was how the police knew for sure that it was âAlbert Jerry Sanfordâ aside from the brief statement given by the victim before death.
3. Jerryâs daughters had to go make a positive body identification on Jerry. His poor body was not cleaned up, his eyes were still wide open and that image will forever be embedded in both daughterâs last memories of their father.
4. After the monster ran over Jerry, he grabbed Jennifer from inside the trailer. He then went back to Jenniferâs motherâs house and rewarded himself with s*x. He bragged about running âole Jerry over and it went bulump bulumpâ with a hand motionâ per court records and witnesses, Jennifer and Joyce.
5. Jerryâs entire family, friends, jurors, and state employees were all unfortunately shown graphic photos of Jerryâs internal and enteral injuries. No mother, sibling, nor Jerryâs children should have seen autopsy photos or heard a graphic report stating what Jerryâs body endured.
6. His liver was ripped from his diaphragm with other organ damage too. His whole frontal was covered in road rash. His back contained tire tread that was embedded into his skin. His arm was broken. His poor body endured too much and he bled out. Imagine your abdomen filling with blood while begging for help.
7. The monster on the stand admitted to âtrying to scare himâ and said he clipped him despite what the witnesses said. He also admitted Jerry was good to him and helped take care of him.
8. Now remember, this was all over Jennifer Wade. Her testimony prevented her from being an accomplice. Jennifer was married to Jerry. Jenniferâs brother was married/living with Phillips's mom. That makes Jennifer a step-aunt to him, he started having s*x with Jennifer at 15 years old. Jerry divorces Jennifer, she married Phillips when he turns 18 and sheâs in her late 30âs.
9. They didnât last, imagine that according to her Phillips beat her and did drugs. In the Spring of 2010 years after the divorce, Jerry takes her back and Phillips canât handle it.
10. Fast forward, after murdering Jerry over Jennifer before the first arraignment hearing heâs already with a new girl. Before sentencing to prison, he had impregnated someone else. How can you murder someone over âloveâ and go out and create a whole human with someone else? Finish out your 20 year sentence bud, youâll eventually return home whereas Jerry will not.
He has branded his body with a racist hate tattoo and has a long history of prison fights. Whereâs the reform?
