✨ Day 2 of our magical 3-day getaway was finished for me and my grandson! ✨
We started at Hollywood Studios, hopped over to EPCOT, took a couple-hour break at the resort, went back to EPCOT for our Lightning Lanes, and closed out the evening at Magic Kingdom. We rode 11 rides across all three parks—not including Pirates of the Caribbean twice—and even got selected for two laps on Tomorrowland Speedway!! 🚗💨
We encountered Donald, Daisy, and Darth Vader along our travels, tried a few new snacks, and had lunch at Woody’s Lunch Box 🤤
While at EPCOT, we also got to experience the 🌸 Flower & Garden Festival—and it did NOT disappoint! The stunning Disney character topiaries throughout the park are absolutely breathtaking and make every stroll feel extra magical. Between the fresh blooms, outdoor kitchens, and picture-perfect displays, it’s such a beautiful time to visit! 🌼🌿
And let me tell you—those 11 Lightning Lanes were a GAME CHANGER 🙌 They helped us skip long waits, stay flexible, and truly enjoy our day without the stress. ✨ Day 1 of our magical 3-day getaway is officially complete! ✨
My grandson and I started our adventure bright and early—2 AM early 😅—to catch our flight to Orlando, and we didn’t slow down for a second! After dropping our bags at All-Star Sports Resort, we headed straight to Animal Kingdom and kicked things off with Flight of Passage… absolutely incredible and a must-do!
We grabbed a quick bite, caught the new Zootopia: Better Zoogether show, and then made our way to Magic Kingdom to keep the fun going. The day was packed with favorites and thrills—Pirates of the Caribbean (twice!), Tomorrowland Speedway, Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear, Haunted Mansion, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train! 🎢
Of course, we made time for some delicious treats (cheeseburger spring rolls 😍), enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and friends, and took in the Festival of Fantasy Parade and The new Disney Starlight: Dream the night away. We wrapped up the night with Happily Ever After—the perfect, breathtaking ending to an unforgettable day. ✨🎆
