K & J Trucking has been owned and operated in Sioux Falls, South Dakota since Dave Koch founded it in 1979. Dave's daughter, Shelley has served as company president since 1991, and continues to expand the business as a premier refrigerated 48-state carrier. The family spirit is strong at K & J and not just because the Koch family is present - our mission is for each employee to know their worth,

from office staff to company drivers. Our commitment to honesty, integrity, and community is why we have industry-leading retention rates both for drivers and office employees. In fact, some of the very first drivers Dave Koch hired are still in the family! Our team made their way out to Deadwood, South Dakota for the 91st annual convention! We kicked it off by hearing Governor Larry Rhoden speak, thank you!

Thursday was the fun day out where we could either ATV or golf finalized by a bags tournament.

On Friday, we received the partners in safety award from the South Dakota Highway Patrol! We strive to be as safe as possible on the road and having the SDHP be such great partners makes that goal easier to achieve!

Congratulations to our driver, Don B on representing K&J for the driver of the month! Thank you, Don and everyone that went out to support.
