After spending over 30 years in the Marine Corps and living all over the world, Roy and Frances had long dreamed of owning a bed and breakfast, but that dream didn’t come true until they happened on a house for sale in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The house was built in 1905 and started out as a one story cottage, but after lots of additions and renovations it is now three stories, approximately

7000 square feet and completely up to date inside. It is conveniently located on South Main Street in Simpsonville just 1.1 miles from exit 27 on I-385 in the heart of the "Golden Strip". Shopping and dining in Simpsonville are close by. The house and garden are available for weddings, receptions, business meetings and other functions. Let us know your needs and we will be happy to design a package for you.
