We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable individual to work 1:1 with a male consumer in our Adult DayHab program. This position is perfect for someone who is calm under pressure, willing to learn, and passionate about making a difference in someone’s life every day. 💙

🕘 Part-Time Position
📅 Tuesday–Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
✨ Potential for Full-Time Employment

We are seeking someone who is:

✔️ Patient and adaptable
✔️ Comfortable working closely with individuals with behavioral needs
✔️ Willing to learn triggers and redirection techniques
✔️ Able to adjust to ongoing changes throughout the day
✔️ Ready to teach, encourage, and support daily growth
📚 Training Provided!

The selected candidate will receive:
✅ 1:1 training from current staff
✅ Ongoing support from the consumer’s Behavior Analyst
✅ Hands-on guidance with behavioral interventions and redirection

Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person! 🙌

Great day of learning and community activities! 🌟📚

We focused on needs vs. wants and discussed real-life examples to help build understanding and decision-making skills 🧠💡

Some participants enjoyed a trip to the YMCA 🏊‍♂️🏋️‍♀️ while others took a walk around the block 🚶‍♂️🌳 for exercise and fresh air.

Everyone stayed active, engaged, and involved throughout the day 💪😊
