Come for a lunch and learn on Thursday 10/24/24 at 11:30a.m. in the terminal conference room. A sign up sheet is in the terminal or you can comment here if you are coming. Must be pre- registered by noon on 10/23 for the chicken lunch or you may bring your own lunch! Adults only please.

Calling local plane owners. We need transport aircraft to ferry supplies from KBAK (Columbus, IN) to KHKY (Hickory, NC). C172, KA90, anything can help. Once in Hickory we have helicopters that will distribute to residents in need.

If you have items to donate in other areas, we are now coordinating flights out of various other airports. Please send us a PM and we will get your our requested item list.

Edit: If you have something to say politically, please do it on your own page. Our organization is about bringing everyone together in a time of need. If you post comments just to stir discontent we will delete them and ban you. Not to be mean, but we have better things to focus on.

🚨🚨 Ground School Training Alert! 🚨🚨

Starting June 4, 2024, I will be teaching an Accelerated Ground School for the Private Pilot Level at Edison State Community College in Piqua.

This will run from June 4 - July 25.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm - 5:30pm.

This course has been crafted to help you prepare and pass the ✈ FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Exam by the 25th of July. We will also be doing some Simulator stuff as well as Hosting Aviation Professionals to talk about Future Opportunities.

Shelby County Transit system to provide free shuttle service from the Sidney Airport to downtown and back for folks who fly in for the eclipse on Monday April 8th from 9am to 2pm.
