G2H Dedicated, a locally owned trucking and logistics company, is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team starting in November.

If you’re detail-oriented, experienced in payroll, and comfortable managing multiple systems, we want to hear from you!

💼 Position Overview

As our new Bookkeeper, you’ll support accounting, payroll, and HR operations for a fast-paced transportation business. You’ll need to work confidently across several platforms and keep our numbers — and people — organized.

Responsibilities Include:

Daily bookkeeping, billing, and account reconciliation

Processing payroll and maintaining HR records

Handling employee onboarding and compliance documentation

Managing and learning multiple operating systems, including:

QuickBooks (accounting)

Toast (POS / time tracking)

Dispatch software (driver management)

Coordinating with management on invoices, settlements, and weekly reporting

🧾 Requirements

✅ Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
✅ Strong QuickBooks knowledge
✅ Willingness to learn new platforms (Toast, dispatch, etc.)
✅ HR and compliance knowledge required
✅ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality

💰 Position Details

Part-Time (starting November)

15–25 hours per week

Flexible scheduling

On-site role in Sidney, Ohio

Pay based on experience
