Today is World Mental Health Day

What do you do to take care of your mental health? Do you sit down and read a book, or cook your favorite treat to spoil yourself?

Personally I like to relax with a good book, or sit down and work on a puzzle. My absolute favorite thing to do for myself is plan a trip. Whether it’s a day away or week vacation. And you guessed it, I usually plan a trip to my happy place. Disney!
