💐🚌 A JOURNEY WELL DRIVEN: HONORING Ms. Youlanda James 🩵

Some people come to work each day and others become part of the very heartbeat of an organization.

For 31 remarkable years, Youlanda James gave SporTran far more than her time. She gave her dedication, strength, consistency and heart. Through changing seasons, growing communities and countless journeys, she remained a steady part of the team that keeps Shreveport-Bossier moving.

Her career cannot be measured by years alone. It is reflected in the riders she served, the coworkers she encouraged, the lives she touched and the difference she made simply by showing up with Purpose.

Today, we celebrate a beautiful milestone and honor a legacy that will remain long after her final workday. Although Youlanda is beginning a new chapter, the impact of her service will continue traveling through SporTran for years to come.

Youlanda, thank you for every early morning, every long day, every act of kindness and every moment you gave to SporTran and our community.

Congratulations on your retirement and on a journey truly well driven!

Your service Moved us forward. Your Legacy will always Ride with us.

With heartfelt gratitude and love,
Your SporTran Family

Financial Empowerment Starts With Knowledge! 🚌

At SporTran, we’re investing in more than transportation… we’re investing in our People!

We welcomed Catholic Charities of North Louisiana and the Shreveport Financial Empowerment Center today for an engaging financial wellness session, connecting our team with valuable resources on credit, budgeting, debt management, savings, and planning for the future.

Through partnerships like these, we’re helping our employees build financial confidence and take meaningful steps toward their personal goals.
