🚛 CELEBRATING OUR DRIVERS THIS WEEK! 🚛

Last week was officially National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, but it also happened to fall during the Wayne County Fair, a busy week for many in our community and within our own company.

Rather than let such an important week get lost in the shuffle, we decided to delay our celebration until this week, when we could have more of our team present and give our drivers the recognition they deserve.

Because the truth is, one week will never be enough to thank the hardworking men and women behind the wheel.

Our drivers are the backbone of CRW Freight Management Services. They spend long days and countless miles away from home, navigating early mornings, late nights, changing weather, traffic, deadlines, and everything else the road throws their way, all to keep freight moving and our customers taken care of.

Behind every load delivered is a driver who made it happen.

So, this week, we're slowing down just a little to say THANK YOU. Thank you for the miles. Thank you for the sacrifices. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and hard work. Most importantly, thank you for being such an important part of the CRW family.

And because we believe a good thank-you should come with good food… CRW company drivers can expect lunch Tuesday through Friday this week! 🍽️

Come hungry! There will be PLENTY of food waiting for you! 😉

Happy (belated) Truck Driver Appreciation Week to our incredible drivers. We appreciate you this week, last week, and every mile in between. 💙🚛

🇺🇸 Never Forget. September 11, 2001.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11th, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Perhaps one of the greatest ways we can honor them is to remember how America woke up on September 12th.

We weren't defined by our differences.

We were simply Americans.

We checked on one another. We helped strangers. We thanked our first responders and military. We flew our flag proudly. We stood beside our neighbors, and in a time of incredible darkness, we reminded each other what it meant to come together.

Twenty-five years later, that lesson is still worth remembering.

At the end of the day, we are neighbors, coworkers, friends, families, and fellow Americans. We may not always look the same, believe the same, or agree on everything. And we don't have to. What matters is that we continue to choose kindness, compassion, respect, and unity.

May we never forget September 11th.

And may we never forget the way we loved one another on September 12th.

United then. United now. 🇺🇸

🍀 4-H Roots Run Deep at CRW 🍀

With the Wayne County Fair right around the corner, one of our favorite times of the year is here... 4-H buyer letter season!

Each year, we look forward to opening the mail and reading the letters sent to us by local 4-H members. We love hearing about the projects they’ve worked so hard on, the goals they’ve accomplished, and everything they’ve learned along the way.

4-H has always held a special place in the CRW family. Our roots in the program span generations, from Charles, who founded CRW, to Chris and Ken, and now to Ken’s children, Kierstyn and Austen, who grew up involved in 4-H and are now part of CRW themselves.

Because we’ve been on the other side of those buyer letters, we know just how much time, responsibility, early mornings, late nights, and hard work go into getting a project to the fair. We also know how much it means to a young exhibitor to have the support of their community.

So, 4-H members, keep those buyer letters coming! 💌 We truly enjoy reading every one that makes its way to our office, and we’re looking forward to seeing all of your hard work on display at the Wayne County Fair.

📬 Buyer letters can be mailed to:

CRW Inc.
Attn: 4-H Buyer Letter
3716 South Elyria Road
Shreve, Ohio 44676

Best of luck to all of our local 4-H and FFA exhibitors as you put the finishing touches on your projects. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished. We’ll see you at the fair! 🍀
