We know that the news headlines can spark questions, and we want to assure you that your peace of mind is our top priority. We're constantly monitoring all destinations our travelers visit, and Mexico is no exception.

We maintain close contact with official government advisories, local authorities, our trusted partners on the ground, and our tour operators. If anything could impact your travel experience, we will share updates as soon as possible and guide you through your options.

It's also important to understand the geography. The recent news regarding unrest is primarily focused on Puerto Vallarta, located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast. This area is about 1,500 miles from the popular resort regions of the Mexican Caribbean, including Cancún, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum – that’s roughly a 29-hour drive!

Currently, travel to Mexico’s main Caribbean resort areas is continuing as planned. We always encourage being aware of your surroundings, sticking to established tourist areas, and reaching out to us with any questions before you depart.
