Billings excavation has a wide range of services to offer, but our specialty and all around favorite thing to do is concrete preparation and foundation work.

Summit Peak Contracting called us up and said “do you like working in the middle of no where without phone service, no porta potty and rattle snakes” we said “absolutely not” then he said “do you like making sweaty piles of money” to which we responded “ABSOLUTELY”! 🤝

Big ol attached shop addition going up! Call came in to tear out some old concrete and prep for this killer shop addition. We did just that! Removed about 500sqft of concrete and a stubborn stump, stripped the old top soil and hauled in some structural base material. Properly compacted everything in 3” lips until we got to desired elevation then graded everything within a 1/4 inch! Time for Fine Line Concrete to work their magic.

Knocked out this little 30x24 mono in Redlodge Mt on short notice before the weather got rough. We also dug him two trenches for gas and electric and had Genesis Electric come set it all up. Saved him some cash and got in there a month before the other contractor could show up! Teamed up with Fine Line Concrete to provide him with the best concrete contractor Montana has to offer. We had lots of entertainment on this one, hence the lack of photos! Northernest Energy blessed us with the opportunity to execute right around 3200 square feet of concrete sidewalk preparation at their new generator plant in laurel and let me tell you what, it was an absolute privilege to be entrusted with that responsibility. Crazy to think little ol Laurel Montana has the biggest power generation facility in the world! They were excited to have us and even took the time out of their day to give us a full tour. What an experience!

Arrived to this location to prepare a few pads for a huge residential attached shop and back patio just to find we had back filling issues. Cleaned everything up and finished it off with a proper compaction so we could come in and lay down our base material for a solid pad.

Pad is prepped, ready for some forms and a few finishing touches!
