Tree Crew Ground Workers / Climber / Bucket Operator

We're looking for a motivated, hardworking individuals to assist with tree removals and trimming while learning more advanced skills. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and want to build a long-term career with opportunities to advance into a crew leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking to hire both, crew and leadership.
What You'll Do
Assist with ground operations for tree removals and tree trimming.
Operate chainsaws and other power equipment safely.
Clean up and maintain organized job sites.
Operate or assist with chippers, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
Assist with tree rigging (experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
Learn to operate specialized equipment, including a spider lift.
What We're Looking For
Hardworking, dependable, and physically fit.
Prior tree care experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Requirements
Current, valid driver's license.
Current, valid DOT Medical Card.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to speak and understand English.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot summer temperatures and cold weather.
Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
What We Expect
Follow directions carefully and communicate when clarification is needed.
Learn quickly and complete tasks independently after training.
Take pride in producing quality work with minimal supervision.
Work well as part of a team.
Bonus Qualifications
We're especially interested in candidates with experience as a:
Tree climber
Bucket operator
Crew leader or supervisor
Interested in building a career in the tree care industry.
Eager to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility.
Someone who wants the opportunity to grow into managing a small crew.
Pay
Minimum qualifications starting at $25/hour, earning potential up to $40/hour based on experience, performance, and advancement.
