Position: Roadside Service Dispatcher
Schedule: Full‑time, rotating shifts available
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, sharp, and fast‑thinking Roadside Service Dispatcher to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for drivers and customers needing assistance on the road. You’ll coordinate service calls, dispatch technicians, track job progress, and make sure every situation is handled quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls for roadside assistance
• Gather accurate information and determine the right response
• Dispatch service trucks and technicians efficiently
• Monitor job status and update drivers/customers
• Communicate clearly with team members throughout each call
• Document all service calls in our system
• Maintain calm, confident communication during urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Customer‑service mindset with a steady, professional tone
• Experience in dispatch, towing, trucking, or roadside service is a plus but not required
