Penny is also a Senior Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University, often teaching Foundations of Social Work Practice at the graduate level. Outside her professional life, Penny spends much of her downtime planning the *next* adventure and has gained a reputation amongst family and friends for being a skilled curator of the most special and magical experiences.
