The legendary Orient Express is heading to sea, and with just 54 suites, butler service, a hidden speakeasy, and the world’s largest sailing yacht, this may be the most glamorous cruise ever launched. ✨⚓

Washington, D.C. is so much more than monuments and politics.

One minute you’re touring world-class museums and walking past iconic landmarks. The next, you’re sipping cocktails at a hidden hotel bar, exploring Georgetown’s charming streets, catching a performance at the Kennedy Center, or discovering one of the city’s incredible restaurants.

What I love most about D.C. is the mix of history, culture, food, and walkable neighborhoods. It’s one of the best long weekend destinations in the U.S. for couples, families, friend groups, and even solo travelers. Plus, many of the city’s top attractions are completely free.

I recently put together my insider guide covering:
✨ Where to stay
✨ The museums actually worth your time
✨ Favorite neighborhoods to explore
✨ Restaurants, coffee shops, and cocktail bars I recommend
✨ Tips for making the most of a 3-5 day visit

Have you been to Washington, D.C., or is it still on your travel list?

As a travel advisor, I can help with hotels, custom itineraries, restaurant recommendations, tours, and all the little details that make a trip seamless.

DC blends historical grandeur with a modern flair, and I’ve mapped out the best places to see and stay, plus where to refuel for your visit.

Somewhere between the fourteenth hotel website and the TripAdvisor thread that somehow made you less sure than when you started, it occurred to you that this might not be the best use of your time.

Valid realization. Proud of you for getting there.

Here's what happens in our first conversation ⬇️

You tell me where you're going,

and what you've been looking at.

I tell you what I'd actually book and why. You say yes or we tweak it, and now you're booked.

If my client wants somewhere beautiful where nobody is losing their mind over logistics, these are the ones I keep coming back to for this summer in Europe.

Sardinia, Italy — beaches that rival the Caribbean, half the crowds, and a pace that actually lets you exhale. Kids love the water. Parents love that there is nothing overwhelming about it.

Lake Bled, Slovenia — absurdly beautiful, easy to get around, and the kind of destination where the kids think they're on an adventure and the adults feel like they accidentally found a secret.

Basque Country, Spain — incredible food, stunning coastline, and a region that feels completely different from the Spain most people default to. Easier than people think with kids.

Mallorca, Spain — yes everyone goes to Mallorca, but the quieter northern end is a completely different island. Good beaches, great food, short flights from most of Europe.

Azores, Portugal — volcanic lakes, whale watching, and the kind of nature that makes kids put their screens down without being asked. Genuinely one of the most underrated family destinations in Europe.

Save this. DM me if any of these are calling your name and I'll tell you exactly where to stay.

Don’t ask me for travel advice unless you’re ready to accidentally book a flight to Paris.

Room tour from the beautiful

We stayed in a gorgeous Junior Suite that felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, especially for a longer stay. The design blends classic Austrian charm with a more elevated, boutique luxury feel, while still feeling warm and inviting.

One of my favorite parts was the location. You’re right in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town, making it easy to walk to many of the city’s highlights, cafés, restaurants, and shops. After busy sightseeing days, it was the perfect place to come back and relax at the hotel bar.

If Salzburg is on your travel list and you want help choosing the right hotel, building an itinerary, or planning an Austria trip, I’m here to help. 🇦🇹

Luxury is not about perfection or money. It’s personal.

It’s that moment you exhale and think, this is exactly what I needed.

That’s the kind of experience I build for my clients, the ones that feel like them.

Send me a DM and let's talk about what you really want to get out of your next trip.
