RV-10 IO-540-D4A5 Engine for Sale: $74,000.00. This XIO-540-D4A5 engine is currently in process, featuring a low-time IO-540-C4B5 core converted to a 260HP, 2700 RPM XIO-540-D4A5. The engine boasts a STD/STD new limits and balanced crankshaft, Lycoming overhauled wide deck case, new cylinders with matched weight pistons, new camshaft and Lycoming DLC lifters, and new magnetos. Additionally, a new fuel injection system and Sky-Tec starter are included. If you're seeking a better than average engine, we invite you to consider our services. This engine will be assembled with preservative oil in all sensitive areas for long-term storage. The price is $74,000.00, with an optional E-mags upgrade available for $4,000.00. Sun N Fun 2026: We will have some go-fast engines for sale at the show starting Tuesday, April 14th, at 9 am. These engines will feature special show prices, which will be announced on opening day. They will be sold outright with no core needed, including free shipping in the lower 48. If you're looking for a better-than-average engine for your aircraft, visit us at Sun N Fun spot N61, located just outside on the flight line side of Hangar B. Available engines include the Lycoming Series Engines experimental XIO-540-D4A5, XIO-360-M1B Redline Series, XIO-360-M1B Performance Series, and O-320-D3G certified.
