Situated just 6 miles north of Seattle at Shilshole Bay Marina, our location offers convenience for sailing students, club members and charter customers. We welcome everyone, from the beginning to end of their sailing journey. We want you to gain your sailing knowledge from our outstanding US Sailing certified instructors, then use our fleet to practice your new skills! Windworks is an active, and

social sailing club that offers events, membership appreciation benefits, clinics and more! Looking for a sailing yacht or powerboat of your own? We have several beautiful and very well-maintained boats for sale. Learn how to use chartplotters, GPS, Navionics, tides, currents, and more in Windworks’ Essential Marine Navigation course. It is the only marine navigation course in the country that combines teaching electronic navigation with old-school paper charting and piloting.

No prerequisites are required, but the course is part of our pathway to chartering our larger cruising sailboats on multi-day charters. But mostly, bring your curiosity and get ready to build skills you can use locally or anywhere your sailing takes you.
