As a small business owner, support from friends and family means everything to me.
So when I hear people are booking vacations without ever reaching out for assistance, it can honestly feel discouraging at times. It naturally brings up questions about why they didn’t feel comfortable coming to me for help.
When I started in this industry three years ago, I never imagined it would grow into my full time career. I’ve spent countless hours researching destinations, completing training, and gaining hands on experience to better serve my clients.
What many people don’t realize is that my planning services are completely free. There are no additional fees to work with me. Whether you book directly or use a travel agent, the supplier has already built commission into the cost. You are paying for that service either way.
The difference comes down to value and support.
When you book directly, you typically receive a confirmation number and manage everything on your own.
When you book with a travel agent, you get expertise, personalized planning, ongoing support, and a single point of contact so you’re not stuck navigating long hold times or multiple departments just to get simple answers.
At the end of the day, I do this because I genuinely care about making travel planning easier, more organized, and less stressful for my clients from start to finish.
