Excellent opportunity is now available with Enzo’s Trucking for the right team player! We are seeking a customer oriented candidate to join our Trucking team. Candidate must have a CDL Class A Driver’s License.
-.48-.58 per mile DOE
-Detention Pay $30hr (Starting at 3 hours after apt time)
-Stop Off Pay $25 (Per stop over 4 per load)
-Pass Level 1 inspection-$100
-Training, Meeting, Yard Work Pay- $18-$24 per hour DOE
*Pay Cycle: Employees get paid for time worked every other Friday. Each payroll period covers the previous 2 weeks, from Monday to Sunday.
*Sick Leave: As per Paid Seattle Sick Time Ordinance, employees will accrue 1 hour of sick pay per 40 hours worked, for up to a total of 56 hours of sick pay per year.
Paid Holidays: Employees receive 6 paid holidays per year. These holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In order to qualify for the paid public holiday, the employee must work his or her last regularly scheduled day before and the first regularly scheduled day after the public holiday (unless a vacation is pre-approved by manager).
Vacation: Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation after their 1 year anniversary with Enzo’s Trucking. After 3 years of employment, employees are eligible for a total of 80 hours of vacation. Vacation must be taken within the year it is received and does not roll over to the next year.
Medical: Employees are eligible for health insurance coverage on the 1st of the month, following 60 days of full time employment. Enzo’s Trucking is pleased to offer Kaiser to all full time employees.
Dental: Employees are eligible for dental insurance coverage on the 1st of the month, following 60 days of full time employment. Enzos Trucking is pleased to offer Guardian PPO.
Supplemental Insurance: Employees may enroll in Aflac. Supplemental insurance to choose from will consist of: accident and injury coverage, hospital coverage, short-term disability coverage, as well as term life insurance coverage.
401K: Employees are eligible for 401k following 1 year of full time employment.
• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Operate Class A Semi Truck and Comply in accordance with FMCSR Regulations
• Deliver product to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate hours of service logs
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections then communicate findings to management
• Maintain a clean and orderly truck cab and trailer
• Document pick-up and delivery In and out times
• Collect paperwork from shipper and consignee
• Monitor temperature and time of load, adhering to the instructions on BOL and Food Safety Modernization Act
• Report all defects, accidents & violations
• Solve problems as they occur

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:*
• Valid CDL Class A Interstate License
• Positive attitude under stressful situations and focus on solution
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and unbiased towards all employees and customer
• Ability to successfully pass our Driving test, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug-screening
• Pass Medical Requirements for a Class A CDL Driver
• Fewer than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years
• Fewer than 1 preventable accidents within the last 3 years
• Verifiable work history for up to 7 years
• No DUI’s or alcohol/drug related offenses within the last 5 years
• Excellent driving and route mapping skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Read, write and understand the English language
