Cheers for SEA based QX FA Lillian! She was nominated for a SOAR award by both the Captain and First Officer on a recent flight where she took exceptionally good care of a person in medical distress. Yes, this is what we are trained to do, but sometimes our inflight team performs their job with such extraordinary excellence it warrants recognition! Great job, Lillian!
