Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Must have prior sales and store management experience in a retail environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule consisting of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsible for daily operations ie stocking, inventory, ordering, scheduling, cleaning, maintaining excellent health inspections

Responsibilities
This position is hands-on and requires the Manager to lead by example.
Hold themselves and staff accountable
Selects, trains, and coaches Associates/Supervisors and ensures that policies and procedures are adhered to
Present solutions for ongoing challenges
Maintains the spirit of ownership by demonstrating problem solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges
Ensures all operational standards are maintained
Maintains store cash, reports, and opening and closing procedures
Reviews merchandise orders and inventory levels for accuracy and consistency
Maintain communication with Supervisors regarding product recommendations to increase sales/inventory
Makes recommendations in staffing decisions including employment, discipline, training, assignment and termination
Creates a productive work environment
Ensures that all practices meet applicable legal requirements, policies and procedures
Evaluates daily operations on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations/initiates action to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability
Offers a fun experience for customers

Looking to kickstart the Kickstand Bar at Peddler's Pavilion. As primary bartender you will have input in bar setup, operation, and menu development. You’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. Must be able to train staff to use bar equipment to make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

People's person with a cheerful personality • Experience in full bar service and setting up the bar • Must be willing to work outdoors • Must be innovative and create signature cocktails for the bar
