This 35’ Fiberglass Terry-Jason Downeaster will carry you quickly and comfortably to some of the richest fishing grounds the Gulf of Maine has to offer; Jefferies ledge. The boat is equipped with the most sophisticated electronics today to ensure we always put you on the fish, and get you safely to and from the fishing grounds. We offer a variety of charters including, 8-12 hour Deep-Sea Fishing,

4 hour Bass/Blue-fishing, 12 hour Tuna/Shark trips, as well as 4 hour Half Day fishing. We provide all bait and tackle, however if you have your own equipment you’re welcome to bring it! Other amenities include: Spacious enclosed cabin w/ heat in the colder months, private head, and a spacious ice chest to store your catch. Pack a lunch/beverages; there is a microwave onboard and 110power to charge your phones/cameras. The Tuna Striker Pub located on the opposite dock is open for breakfast, and for lunch/dinner when you return to the dock. Things you should bring:
Food
Beverages (alcohol is allowed)
Sunscreen
A camera
An empty cooler with ice to take your fish when we arrive back
at the dock.

Splashdown for the Melanie Jeanne II Thursday.. lengthened the cabin , so a lot more room for the ride out and in. Getting ready for the season that starts April 1st. Time to book your haddock trips, and for the first 2 weeks in April, we can keep one cod per person as well. Still the best deal going at only $775 for an all day trip during the week, and $825 for weekends. Hope to see all our people soon!

It’s been a long time coming, but we’re back in action on the new boat. 42 feet is night and day from the old boat as far as room and comfort go. We have our power inverter back, and hope to have a generator installed this summer. Time to go fishing, and the fishing is fantastic. Time for fresh air, and haddock dinners! Hope to see you all soon .

Another boat limit of haddock today with a handful of pollock and redfish. We’re also seeing wolffish every trip which is a great sign for the population.

We would like to send our condolences to the family and friends of Mike Cook, who was tragically taken in a motorcycle accident. Mike was a cook at the Tuna Striker Pub here at Eastmans, and was truly family to all that work here. He will be sorely missed, and never replaced by everyone here in this tight knit group. There is talk of doing a future fundraising event for Mike's young daughter, and I will post details about this as soon as it becomes available.

Day four brought the fourth day of fantastic haddock fishing. We have limited out every day so far, and early too. The haddock fishing couldn't be any better than it is right now. Come on down and get in on the fun...
