This is incredible. Look at the line to the far right (around April). This shows inventory over past years. Yes, inventory is low driving prices up. Isn't this chart incredible?

Looks like Pinnacle Peak Patio is staying (they had planned to sell their land and move). Glad they are staying. They add great character to North Scottsdale. Stop by for a steak, but don't wear a tie!

Starting tomorrow with flag planting at the Arizona memorial cemetery with the scouts followed by trail restoration on Pinnacle Peak for an Eagle project. Seems we are really cranking out the Eagle scouts this year. Go Troop 131!... And happy memorial weekend.
