After sharing some of our favorite photos from French Polynesia this week, I thought it was time to share the full experience behind them. 🌴✨

This blog covers our honeymoon through Moorea and Bora Bora, including stays at the Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort, The Westin Bora Bora, and The St. Regis Bora Bora. But it wasn't just about the resorts. Some of our favorite memories came from the experiences: swimming with sharks and manta rays, jet skiing across the lagoon, exploring hidden gems, and soaking in the incredible beauty of these islands.

When people think about a luxury resort, they often picture beautiful beaches, private pools, and spacious accommodations. Nanuku Resort Fiji certainly has all of those things, but what stayed with me most was how personal the experience felt.

Our three-bedroom beachfront villa gave us plenty of space to relax, complete with a private pool, hot tub, and direct beach access. The food was exceptional, made even more impressive by the fact that much of the produce comes directly from Nanuku's own farm. You can truly see the farm-to-table philosophy in action.

But what made Nanuku memorable was the people. The staff quickly learned our names, greeted us warmly throughout our stay, and made us feel less like guests and more like family.
Luxury can be found in many places. Genuine hospitality is much harder to find.

Thank you to Classic Vacations for the incredible opportunity to experience this special corner of Fiji firsthand. It was a trip I'll never forget!

Some resorts are beautiful. Some resorts have amazing food, spacious villas, and endless activities. And then there are resorts that make you feel something.

Nanuku Resort Fiji was one of those places for me. From being welcomed by traditional Fijian warriors and drums upon arrival, to cooking fresh local ingredients on the beach, to the staff who somehow learned our names almost immediately, every part of the experience felt incredibly personal.

What stood out most wasn't the stunning oceanfront villa, the private pool, or even the unforgettable dining experiences. It was the warmth. The genuine connections. The feeling that everyone at the resort truly wanted you to experience the very best of Fiji.

I am SO excited to finally start sharing some of our French Polynesia photos!! 🌴💙✈️

This destination has held a special place in my heart for years, and getting to return with my NEW HUSBAND (AHH!) made it even more magical than I could have imagined. Watching him experience the incredible beauty, the crystal-clear lagoons, the culture, the people, and all of the little moments that make these islands so unforgettable was something I'll treasure forever.

We packed a LOT into this trip, including visits to some absolutely amazing properties that I can't wait to tell you about! I'll be sharing more photos, resort highlights, and favorite moments over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!!

Bula (hello!) from Fiji! With only 3 days left on this fam, I am honestly blown away by how deeply Fiji and its people have captured my heart.

There is so much love here. You feel it in every smile, every greeting, every moment of care. The people are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind in a way that makes you feel like family. They remember our names, they check in, and they create an experience that just keeps getting better and better.

I cannot wait to share more about these incredible properties and everything that makes this destination so special.

Still pinching myself over this one ✨

I’ve been selected to join Classic Vacations on a familiarization trip to Fiji, and I’m departing THIS THURSDAY!
I’ll be experiencing some incredible properties including Royal Davui, Nanuku, Namale Resort & Spa, and Likuliku. I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn these resorts firsthand so I can better guide my clients to the right fit.

This will be my first time in destination, and I truly cannot wait to see what it holds. Fun fact, Fiji is actually my dad’s favorite place in the world for scuba diving, so this one feels extra special.
