Just picked all the peppers in my garden
Cherry peppers, Thai dragon, red habanero, and ghosts going into the Single Pot this year.
I wonder how hot it'll turn out.........

Planning on making some Ginger Bite soon and possibly reworking Apple Inferno.

We'll also be starting a "Single Pot Series"
Single run each year. No recipe. No 2 years will be the same.
