Champaign Airport Traffic Control Tower (CMI ATCT) is a Level 5 combined tower and terminal radar approach control (TRACON) facility operated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), providing local air traffic control services for the University of Illinois - Willard Airport at Savoy, Illinois, and radar terminal services for several airports in East Central Illinois. Willard Airport is a public use airport operated by the University of Illinois Institute of Aviation, providing airline passenger service for Champaign-Urbana and surrounding communities. The fixed base operator at Willard Airport is the Flightstar Corporation, which offers a wide variety of aviation services, including aircraft maintenance, refueling operations, and charter services.
