I wanted to take a moment to update everyone that we sold America 1 Savannah last June becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of TTSI and we are now operating under the brand East Group Logistics SE, LLC.

I am very excited about these changes as it brings new opportunities for us to have clean energy trucks, to add company drivers to supplement our owner operator fleet, and excellent benefits.

East Group Logistics is a Total Transportation Services (TTSI) drayage operation that utilizes asset-based trucks and Independent Owner Operators. We provide service to the Virginia Ports with satellite offices in South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama.

Position Summary
The Terminal Manager, in addition to the oversight of dispatch and customer service operations, is also responsible for the supervision of all terminal employees and contract personnel. Also, this position is responsible for the oversight of all trucks/drivers assigned to the terminal and has full profit and/or loss accountability for the terminal.
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible/Accountable for operational activities to include dispatch and customer service
Responsible/Accountable for customer relations
Responsible/Accountable for terminal sales revenue
Responsible/Accountable for directing required truck maintenance and compliance with company policy
Responsible/Accountable for meeting key performance goals
Responsible/Accountable for closing out work orders and preparing for/executing preliminary and final payroll activities weekly.
Responsible/Accountable for the training, supervision, performance reviews and disciplinary action of all terminal employees.
Responsible/Accountable for overseeing driver recruitment, on-boarding, and driver retention
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Education & Skills
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required

Excellent communication skills

Excellent time and schedule management skills

Excellent computer skills (MS Excel and Word a plus)

A strong command of the English language

Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Superior organizational skills (Project Management experience a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
