Bus riders across Chatham County can ride for free Wednesday as Chatham Area Transit Authority honors civil rights icon Rosa Parks on Transit Equity Day.

CAT will be closed on December 25th!

In observance of the upcoming holidays, Chatham Area Transit (CAT) will operate on adjusted schedules on select days:

Wednesday, December 24: Holiday service schedule

Thursday, December 25: All CAT services suspended

Friday, December 26: Regular service resumes

Administrative Offices:
CAT administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, and will reopen on Friday, December 26.
