After spending nine days exploring Bavaria with my family, I can confidently say Germany deserves a place on that list.

From the storybook streets of Bamberg and the breathtaking Bavarian Alps to Neuschwanstein Castle, Munich, and countless charming biergartens, this trip completely exceeded my expectations. It offered the perfect balance of history, outdoor adventure, incredible food, and family-friendly experiences.

One of my biggest takeaways? Europe doesn't have to be rushed. Choosing just one region allowed us to truly experience each destination instead of simply checking boxes.
