I would like to give a past customer some much needed praise! Ms. Nancy Longworth had me inspect this Older Airstream Classic and it had a laundry list of issues. My first thought was why, this is a dead Airstream. But, I did not see her vision. To her credit, she had a vision and a tremendous amount of help getting this trailer back to it current beautiful condition.

Got a call from a new ProPride user that was extremely dissatisfied with the performance of his hitch which a dealership installed. Customer stated that he was only able to go 45mph before he experienced severe sway from his trailer. Upon inspection of the hitch I found non of the bolts tightened to torque spec's, the yolk frame bracket was tight against the back of the yolk tail, and his stinger was set up incorrectly. After about 2½ hours, all these issues were corrected. I expect that his towing experience will drastically improve. Dealerships need to do better. All of this could have been avoided by simply reading the instructions.

Long time customers had me inspect a 2024 Grand Design Momentum 395ms. During the inspection. I found that 3 of the hydraulic leveling jacks were leaking. This fantastic couple called me to remove and replace the 3 jacks and install snap pads for then. If is great to have repeat customers that trust your work.

We had the pleasure of working with a fantastic couple yesterday. They requested the MORryde wetbolt kit and the MORryde CRE3000 equalizer be installed on their Keystone Outback. Took just under two hours to complete, but will change the way this trailer rides down the road.

Customer called about water heater troubles and a toilet issue. Found the problem part, but it's super rare and discontinued. In the end, customer opted for a new system.

Just gave my trailer a couple upgrades all by myself. Installed a remote port for spare tire pressure checks and added a second sewer hose tube. Went with riv nuts over those flimsy sheet metal screws.

Just upgraded my customers RV's door locks to sleek keyless locks and installed a hitch storage bracket - game changer! Very pleased with how these upgrades turned out and the added convenience is unbeatable.
