A year ago, this was just a dream.
The journey to get here wasn’t easy. It required faith when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed, strength when the road felt long, and the courage to leave behind a life we had built for decades. There were countless decisions, sacrifices, and moments of uncertainty along the way.
We traded comfort for possibility. Familiar streets for new horizons. We left family, friends, routines, and everything we knew, believing that something greater was waiting for us on the other side of fear.
Today, as I look out at the water, feel the sunshine on my face, and reflect on how far we’ve come, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. Not because the journey was easy—but because it was worth it.
Every challenge taught us something. Every obstacle strengthened us. Every difficult goodbye made us appreciate this new beginning even more.
Life has a way of rewarding those willing to trust the process and take the leap, even when the destination isn’t completely clear.
So here’s to fresh starts, second chances, and dreams that refuse to stay dreams. The road here wasn’t always smooth, but the view from this chapter makes every step of the journey worthwhile.
Sometimes the most beautiful chapters of our lives begin the moment we find the courage to turn the page.
