Oren David Shachar, a 59-year-old Israeli citizen in the Los Angeles area, was charged with operating multiple hospice companies that submitted roughly $27 million in false Medicare claims.

Prosecutors say he billed for patients who were not terminally ill and for people who had already died.

He allegedly paid mortuary workers cash for the names and personal information of the recently deceased, then used those identities to generate claims for services that were never provided.

One of the companies was registered under the misspelled name “Holly Trinity.”

Proceeds from the scheme helped fund a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

Two alleged accomplices, including a mortuary manager, were also charged.

Greed Is Not Good!;
ECAR ( Emerald Coast Assoc of Realtors) is demanding a "New Agent Fee^ on top of annual fees, after being a Florida licensed agent since 2000, working for the nations #1 builder for almost 10 years, over 300 homes sold between NEFAR and ECAR!! This is a shameful money grab to me, keeping me from being able to practice at this time.
I guess someone has to pay for the new building in SRB.
Small wonder liceneced people chose to operate without them.
