Meet Cindy Lou! If you've been on campus lately, you might have noticed this tiny green turtle patient with lots of energy, and an abundance of FP tumors, cruising around in one of our larger patient tanks. Cindy came to us on December 4, 2025 after being rescued due to the tumors impairing her ability to move and swim normally. Cindy will need multiple surgeries to remove the tumors and get her healed up, as the team ensures she has time to recover along the way. She's now had two surgeries and is healing up, but she has quite a way to go.
